In his epic poem “Thiru Thondar Puranam” Sekkizhar has identified the geographical locations of the birth places of the sixty three Nayanmars. We have tread the path indicated by Sekkizhar and identified the birth places of the sixty three Nayanmars in today’s context.

On this basis construction of the temple for each and every Nayanmar began. In this journey, by Siva’s Grace, the Nayanmars blessings and wishes of elders and learned, temples for three Nayanmars has been completed and consecration performed.
